Nav Dabney serves as Partner and co-leads The Consortium Collective’s Employee Relations Division. With over 12 years of Television and Film Production HR experience and having consulted for a number of production companies including Tyler Perry Studios, Edge of a Dream Productions, and DAE Light Media, he is responsible for directing all activities and services of the Employee Relations division, which includes the handling of employee grievances, investigations of alleged employee misconduct, termination or non-renewal of employment, and employee mediations.
With nearly 3 decades of overall experience in Human Resources in multiple industries including Entertainment, Defense, Engineering, Retail, and Technology, Nav most recently served as Executive HR Director for Software and Technology at NCR Corporation where he was instrumental in helping to develop the workplace of the future and build a culture of innovation. Prior to NCR, his career included HR leadership roles with DXC Technology, AECOM, Raytheon, and StandardAero where he was responsible for building a culture to attract, retain, and develop the best team to execute HR strategy.
Nav holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Monique King is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experiences leading and delivering results for robust business initiatives. With a background in human resources spanning over 20 years, Monique has worked in various industries including, manufacturing, healthcare, e-commerce, architecture, media and entertainment. Over the course of her career, she has served as an integral source of HR, business, and operational support to executives and leadership teams in the areas of employee engagement, coaching, leadership development, strategic workforce planning and cultural transformation.
Monique is a certified executive coach and holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree focusing on Law and Society from Georgia State University. She is passionate about helping women develop to their full potential and currently serves as a mentor to women both domestically and internationally.
Victoria Quarterman is an accomplished, transformational human resources leader with nearly 20 years of experience optimizing recruiting and human resource efforts across Fortune 500 companies, startups, nonprofits and government agencies. Victoria has championed change initiatives to overhaul efforts across decentralized and complex organizations to improve the Human Resources service delivery model as well as client experience.
In 2020, Victoria founded QTalent with a primary focus on making a meaningful impact in all areas of human resources and talent acquisition for large and small companies. Leveraging experience from years of successfully working alongside senior leaders and reshaping processes across multiple industries, including sports, entertainment and healthcare, QTalent has successfully optimized business processes and cultivated partnerships with global executive leaders and small to mid-size business owners.
Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Spelman College and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. While in New York, she also worked on Wall Street and consulted as a casting agent for major networks.
Deidre Whitest is an accomplished Human Resources and Operations Executive with a proven leadership track record in transforming companies and organizations. A dynamic and competent leader and change agent with over 25+ years of experience working with C-suite executives of large global companies as well as small to medium organizations providing enterprise-wide strategic and operational leadership in the design, implementation, and communication of global compensation programs including short-and long-term incentive plans (for sales and non-sales roles), job architecture, market pricing, retention, and recognition programs, as well as creating annual compensation processes (merit, bonus, rewards, stock/equity).
With nearly 3 decades under her belt, Deidre has a broad range of industry experience including Wireless Telecommunications, Information Technology, Event and Conference Management & Logistics, Real Estate, Business Appraisals and Valuations, Human Resources and Business Consulting, and Federal contracting. Additionally, she has a strong background in sales compensation design, implementation, training, and administration.
Deidre holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
